If you’re looking for work you love…and your asked to or you submit a resume to the hiring folks what does this tell you?
Think about this for a second.
Does this mean that the people receiving your resume are going to judge your ability, skills, experience, intelligence, energy, drive, determination and basically your entire life via one piece of paper?
This seems absurd to me. If you know me, you’ll find that I make mistakes in judgment often, so, I may be mistaken.
I believe that if I even look at your resume I diminish your skills and the complexity of your experiences as well as who you are and what you stand for as a person.
Oh my goodness : ) …No need for boring resumes please …hope that’s not too harsh although resumes really are a thing of a past if you’re looking for a fulfilling place to work at.
However you define fulfillment, if you’re using a resume to find it are you really on the right track?
